Our team works hard to ensure that your stay starts on a positive note. If your room happens to be available before the usual check-in time of 3 PM, we'll gladly send you the check-in message early, completely free of charge.

Pet Policy:

Eagle Nest Fly Shack & Lodge does NOT currently allow pets in any of the rentals.

 

Cancellation Policy:

*If you decide to cancel more than 14 days before your arrival, there will be no charges. However, for cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date, the full amount of your reservation will be charged. We strongly suggest considering travel protection, which you can easily include during the checkout process.

Since we're situated in a rural area where foot traffic is less common compared to a big city, it's really important for you to understand that confirming your reservation with us means that your room is secured and you're committed to the number of nights you've booked. When you reserve your room, we turn away other guests, so if you choose to cancel, we may not have another chance to fill that space. Thank you for your understanding!
