To Book Your Trip

1. Click the desired trip below 

2. Select number of anglers (tag-a-longs are free and do not need to be included)

3. Select desired guide or any available staff member and select book button 

4. Select desired trip date & Select the start time below the calendar ( if your desired date or time are not available you can add yourself to our waitlist by selecting your preferred date and clicking the join waitlist button underneath the calendar)

5. Enter the required info and add any species target preferences, Health Conditions, physical limitations, and skill level for your guide in the appointment notes section

6. Add in the card information you would like to put on file for your trip.

7. Ensure the box next to I authorize Eagle Nest Fly Shack & Lodge to save this card on file for future purchases & the I have read and agree to the cancellation policy of Eagle Nest Fly Shack & Lodge and Square's privacy policy box is checked.

8. Click book appointment.

9. You will be taken to the thank you for booking with us page where you are informed that you will be notified once your booking is accepted ( nothing is charged until the booking is accepted )

10. Once your trip is accepted you will receive an email as well as text confirmation. At this time charges will be processed.

*you will receive a confirmation email and text after you have successfully booked your trip. You will also be emailed your waiver for your guide trip to electronically sign. Please do so before your scheduled trip date.*
